GRANDVIEW CASCADES

Grandview Cascades is a contemporary development in a vibrant part of Vancouver’s Commercial Drive neighbourhood. Open Concept approached us to design and develop the projects brand story in addition to signage production and sales suite graphics. Using clean shapes + a sans-serif typeface, we designed an identity that portrays the development in a west coast modern architectural aesthetic.
